Anaheim, Calif - Solid Energies announces installation of state-of-the-art dryroom and cleanrooms at its Anaheim, CA facility. The dry room and clean room are critical facility upgrades for the on-going development of solid-state lithium batteries and solid-state lithium air batteries. To the company's knowledge, this is one of only a couple dry rooms for battery production in Orange County, California. Dry rooms maintain very low dew points at -65 deg C (keeping relative humidity < 5%). Cleanrooms are also used in conjunction with the dry room to reduce particulate levels to minimize contamination.
